Before

Imaging with an ordinary camera. Unable to discriminate between defects caused by dents, hairline surface scratches, and dirt.

After

Imaging with the newly developed lights. Detects height information, and detects dents while discriminating between them and surface scratches and dirt, etc.
[Main characteristics]
(1) Detection is possible even for the work on highly reflective surfaces such as metals, which do not fare well with laser-based systems.
- Detection for work on highly reflective surfaces without being affected by noise is also made possible through a new detection algorithm.
